Using your Titus Wash Club membership is fast and easy. Simply pull into our members-only lane (although members can use any lane) and our advanced license plate recognition system will scan your license plate automatically for quick, contactless, drive-through access.

Online account management is the quickest and most convenient way to make updates to your membership. Visit our member account management site to set up your online account, update your payment method or license plate or make plan changes. It is especially important that if your credit card number or license plate changes, please be sure to update your account with your new information.

Your membership is billed monthly and the day you sign up becomes your anniversary date for each consecutive month you’re a member. You can cancel your membership at any time (must notify within 3 days of your anniversary date before your next billing cycle).  We do not provide partial-month refunds.
